Giact
Systems is a technology company well known for its commitment to giving back to
the community. The risk management company has donated time and money to a
variety of issues, including (to name a few) homelessness, addiction, domestic
violence, and education. Giact Systems strives to make contributions that make
a difference. Social issues are like risk management services: cookie cutter
solutions don't work. By tackling specific problems with specialized solutions,
Giact Systems helps its customers and the world.
One focus
of Giact Systems' outreach are issues affecting women. Unfortunately women are
disproportionately at risk for a variety of negative experiences. Domestic
abuse is one of them. To combat domestic abuse, Giact Systems sponsored
Unbreakme's Radiant Girls Luncheon. Unbreakme is an organization dedicated to
protecting young people from intimate partner violence by helping abuse
victims. Women and girls are at increased risk for domestic abuse and violence.
Giact Systems works to create a world where this is no longer the case.
A big
initiative at Giact Systems was Hope House. Giact Systems contributed
significant funds to Hope House in 2012, 2013, and 2014. Without this money,
Hope House could never have been created. Hope House provides a safe place to
live for women struggling with addiction. The house provides support as they
get clean, and helps the gain marketable skills. They can then move out and
support themselves while staying sober.
At Giact
Systems, ending social inequality is a priority. The Giact Systems business
model wouldn't be complete without its dedication to the community.
